மும்பை பெண் கண்டக்டர் ஆடையை கிழித்து மானப்பங்கம் : வேடிக்கை பார்த்த பயணிகள்!
மும்பை அருகே அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழக பேருந்தின் பெண் கண்டக்டரை பயணி ஒருவர் அடித்து உதைத்து, ஆடையை கிழித்து மானப்பங்கம் செய்ததை மற்ற பயணிகள் வேடிக்கை பார்த்த சம்பவம் அதிர்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது.
மும்பையை அடுத்துள்ள தானே மாவட்டத்தில் அமைந்திருக்கும் கல்யாணிலிருந்து பன்வேல் செல்லும் அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழக பேருந்து இன்று காலை 8.30 மணி அளவில் பயணிகளை ஏற்றிக்கொண்டு புறப்பட்டுச் சென்றது. அந்த பேருந்தில் 34 வயது பெண் கண்டக்டர், அப்பொழுதுதான் தனது முதல் டிரிப் பணியை தொடங்கினார்.
இங்குள்ள பேருந்துகளில், பயணிகள் பின்பக்கமாக ஏறி, முன்பக்கமாக இறங்குவதுதான் நடைமுறையாக உள்ளது.
இந்நிலையில் 30 வயதுடைய அபிஷேக் சிங் என்பவர் வழியில் உள்ள பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்தில், பயணிகள் வழக்கமாக ஏறும் பின்பக்க வாசலுக்கு பதிலாக முன்பக்கமாக ஏறியுள்ளார். அவர் அவ்வாறு ஏறியதை பார்த்த டிரைவர் சத்தம் போட்டுள்ளார். ஆனால் அவரை அபிஷேக் சிங் மரியாதைக்குறைவாக பேசியுள்ளார்.
இதனையடுத்து பெண் கண்டக்டர் அபிஷேக் சிங்கை பார்த்து, ‘ உனது தந்தை வயதுடைய டிரைவரை மரியாதைக் குறைவாக பேசுகிறாயே…?’ என கண்டித்து, பேருந்தைவிட்டு இறங்குமாறு கூறியுள்ளார். உடனே ஆத்திரமடைந்த அபிஷேக் சிங், அந்த பெண் கண்டக்டரை தாக்கி, ஆடையை கிழித்து மானப்பங்கப்படுத்தியுள்ளார்.
இதுகுறித்து அந்த பெண் கண்டக்டர் கூறுகையில், ‘ பேருந்திலிருந்து இறங்குமாறு நான் கூறியதும் அந்த நபர் எனது காலை பிடித்து பேருந்திலிருந்து கீழே இழுத்து போட்டார். பின்னர் எனது ஆடைகளை கிழித்து என்னை அடித்து உதைத்தார். எனது பேருந்துக்கு பின்னால் மற்றொரு பேருந்து நின்றுகொண்டிருந்தது. என்னை அடித்து உதைத்தை பார்த்து, அந்த பேருந்திலிருந்த பெண் கண்டக்டர் என்னை காப்பாற்ற ஓடிவந்தார். ஆனால் அவரையும் அந்ந நபர் அடித்து தாக்கினார். இந்த சம்பவம் நடந்தபோது ஏராளமான பயணிகள் அங்கு நின்றனர். ஆனால் அவர்கள் வேடிக்கை பார்த்தனரே தவிர என்னை காப்பாற்ற வரவில்லை.
பின்னர் அங்கு ஏற்பட்ட கூச்சல் குழப்பத்தை பார்த்து, அங்கு அப்போதுதான் வந்த சில மாணவர்கள்தான் ஓடிவந்து என்னை காப்பாற்றி,அந்த நபரை பிடித்து போலீஸிடம் ஒப்படைத்தனர்’ என நடந்ததை நடுக்கத்துடன் விவரித்தார்.
இந்த சம்பவத்தில் பெண் கண்டக்டரை பயணி ஒருவர் மானப்பங்கப்படுத்தியது ஒருபுறம் வேதனையான சம்பவம் என்றால், அதனை தடுக்க முயற்சிக்காமல் மற்ற பயணிகள் வேடிக்கை பார்த்தது அதைவிட கொடுமையாக உள்ளது.
KALYAN: A lady conductor of an ST bus was kicked and thrashed till she fell unconscious after she reprimanded a 30-year-old man for trying to board the vehicle from the front, which is meant for exit.
When Nayakwade stopped the bus and rushed to her rescue, Singh got aggressive with him too. He then pulled the victim out of the bus by her legs, tore up her uniform shirt and beat her till she fell unconscious on the road. According to the victim, the beating lasted almost 30 minutes.
Around 8.30am, Sonali Patil, a conductor in another ST bus that was passing by, saw her colleague being thrashed and intervened, but ended up getting beaten up too. That was when the commuters finally took charge, beating up the man before handing him over to cops.
The victim, who suffered injuries, was admitted to nearby Shashtri Nagar Hospital, but got herself discharged and rushed to her Ambernath home saying she had two sons, aged 11 and 8, to take care of.
“We arrested him after recording the statements of the two female conductors,” senior inspector Milind Patil of Manpada police station said. The police have booked Singh under sections 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 323 (punishment for voluntary causing hurt), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) and 427 (mischief causing damage to the amount of Rs 50) of the Indian Penal Code. “We produced Singh before a Kalyan court which sent him to jail custody. He has been sent to the Adharwadi jail,” police sub-inspector M B Kale said.
